Introducing the Acer Aspire Timeline
Acer is beefing up battery life in its latest ultra-portable laptop, the Aspire Timeline series. Said to be capable of eight hours-plus of computing on a single charge, the Timeline series is available in three screen sizes, from the 1.6-kilo,13.3-inch size to the 1.9-kilo, 14-inch size.
According to Acer, Aspire Timeline’s extended battery life is owed to a combination of factors including its unique design, Intel’s ultra low-voltage processors, advanced-power management, high-capacity batteries and LED backlit displays. The result is a series of laptops that are thinner, lighter and much more energy-efficient than other laptops.
